Architectural visualization of the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) in Bonn
The European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) is the world’s leading weather forecasting and climatology body and a central component of the European infrastructure for meteorology and climate research.
Bonn was chosen by the ECMWF Council as the location of its European operations from 2021. It will be home to the Copernicus Earth program, which comprises the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS), Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) and the Copernicus Emergency Management Service (CEMS). These programs are critical to our observation of and adaptation to climate change.
Render Vision is proud to have worked closely with Stefan Lippert Architects and the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure to create the 3D renders of this immensely important building. Our photorealistic images capture how the modern, stylish structure stands apart, yet blends intelligently into the nature around it.
