Our Artists produced these 3D exterior visualizations of a building with two different intended use- office and residential.
The building is located in a beautiful area right next to the bay so it will be a pleasure to spend the time within its walls no matter whether you work or live there.
The elevation was designed in a diversified way – different facade materials, a variety of window sizes and placement are the key points in this realization. What we particularly like about the architectural project is the idea of not making this building boring in the case of its shape but to give it a modern character with straight, clean lines and some different protruding elements of the structure, in which the balconies and terraces are placed. However, the facade colours play well together and are perfectly balanced without unnecessary visible contrasts. Thanks to the glass part of the elevation, the building seems to be light in structure.
The area around the building is nicely organized with some spots to sit and move around comfortably, there are also some parking spots and natural greenery which plays along with the water of the bay.
Viscato also prepared some 3D interior renderings of small apartments which are about to be set in the residential part of this building.
