Neoscape worked closely with the IBT Group on the production of a film for 1200 Fulton Market, a Class A, ground-up mixed-use development in Chicago. The film combined a mix of 3D animation and b-roll to tell the story of the development, while the inclusion of aerial videography, map graphics and on-screen text helped orient the project to area housing and transportation. Set to a stock music sondtrack, the film created excitement for 1200 Fulton Market and provided key messaging by taking the audience through the project as if built.
