Master plan Osa

Communicating architecture goes beyond creating attractive images.

The true essence of communicating architecture is to deeply understand the concept and purpose of each project. In the Osa Peninsula Master Plan, we worked with Void to create visualizations that convey a deep connection with the natural environment, highlighting environmental responsibility. Our challenge was to capture this immersion while keeping 95% of the land preserved, in a project that covers more than 300 hectares.

Circular Hotel - A Symbol of Connection
"The circular hotel was designed to maximize views, while its sculptural roof rises towards the sky, symbolizing the connection between the earth and the universe. The circle also represents welcome and gatherings, reflecting the concept of communion with nature and the sky."

The tents
" The tents, with their light roofs, were designed to offer an experience of total immersion in nature. We incorporated vernacular elements such as patios for cross-ventilation and water catchment, connecting users to the outside environment. Here, the feeling of being outdoors while inside is essential.."
