This project presents another 3D exterior realization for our regular client.
In the recent years, it has been very popular to design and build block of flats according to the modern standards, with the usage of high quality materials and some stylish additions in the building forms to make them look a bit more special than other builidigns offered by competitive developers. In these 3D renderings, we can see that the facades in this realization are kept in light, pleasant colours. The windows are regularly deployed in two different sizes so the building design is consistent. The visualizations present the Investment from different perspectives and camera angles, both from the distance and at close range. What might be particularly interesting in this project for the potential residents is the patio area – an outdoor space perfect for recreation and relaxation.
On the ground floor we can see some shops offering different services and products. There are also some parking spaces around the Investment and the street is easily accessible.
