Here is a 3D model of a basement utility room. One of the advantages of 3D Previsualization is the ability to experiment with numerous design changes before having to make any commitments. This is a great planning tool that can save time and money later on due to rework. The modeling was done in 3D Studio Max 7, the texturing was done in Adobe Photoshop 6 and the lighting was done in VRay 1.4.
