Victorian terraced Hackney house
A concrete-plinth house I modeled referring to building's floor, front and side elevation plans. The model is scaled to real-world dimensions, and the materials are identical to the area it represents. The garden space and plants were designed on the fly, aiming at a lush overgrown space with colourful summer flowers.
For production, I worked with 3ds Max to model the house, Mudbox to sculpt finer details of the stones, and Unreal Engine 5 for materials, foliage and lighting. All materials in the scene are from the Megascans Library, and some of the plants too. Creating the garden was a great experience, and I worked with:
