Residential Block

The following is a concept for a residential project in the heart of Hove. The proposal focuses on an L plan shape with lots of green spaces for the residents on all 4 sides of the building. A local design approach was considered for this concept design in order to match the Victorian style of the main street. The use of red brick and a pitched roof is the main element that is seen all across the area. The corrugated steel roof creates a beautiful combination with the brick as it forms a strong interwoven connection and gives a modern twist. The different exterior angles portray the strong material palette as well as all the proposed landscape design.
