This commercial development was created for our most valued clients McClean Design.
The goal for this project was to visualize the most of the views. Marcheeta I is located on a tight lot in a very desirable tract in the hills above Sunset. It's a two-story structure with the social zone on the main level to take advantage of the connectivity to the outdoor areas. The entertainment space is on the basement level and both volumes are completely clad in glazings so that no matter where you are, the views go with you.
The house is flooded with natural light through the use of large operable walls and linear skylights.
