The "Evening Gallery Visit" is an original concept in both the abstract Architectural subject, and surrounding landscape / composition.
My intention was to create a striking scene based on architectural photos and references, and to set up a scene that would force myself to develop new skillsets / explore new features within V-Ray and 3dsMax.
I used Blender3D to model the structure, scene, and 3D elements. Including using the sculping tools to shape the surrounding terrain, and build the core Architectural subject.
3dsMax, V-Ray, and Forest pack were used to populate the scene, and create a natural feeling forested marsh environment.
I'm fairly happy with how the final image turned out, although the darker mood wasn't originally intended. Much of my time was spent working from a more saturated "evening lighting" but shifted direction in post.
