The SETAX location in Doetinchem's center is being transformed from an industrial site to a residential courtyard with distinct buildings. The architectural design pays homage to Doetinchem's style, featuring preserved elements and echoing the old structures. The development includes 60 apartments across various buildings. A key feature is the gateway building that connects the area and introduces a new meeting point for residents. The courtyard, designed in collaboration with Felixx, offers both a serene green path and space for nature. This creates an environmentally friendly and climate-resilient space.
