This is a render of a modern guest house that is likely to be situated near tech parks here in India. Here, in India, we have too much of traffic for people to go to their workplaces. So, according to me this might reduce some traffic as employees or vistiors for an office can take rest here after their travel to work or have a party here or something like that.
