In early 2014, IO was awarded champion in an array of competitions and subsequently the project contracts of the new Jinwan Aviation City International Business Center.
The new Jinwan Aviation City International Business Center with GFA 127,000 sqm of service apartments and office is designed to become a new landmark on the skyline of Jinwan Aviation City as well as an active and animated waterfront development at the northern end of Jinshan Lake. The iconic twin towers are designed to sit at the center of the northern edge of the new lakefront within the district.
