This project was created with the intentions
of being a visual aid for the proposed industrial
building and its impact on the surrounding
land, buildings, and neighboring airport.
The model takes into consideration the topography
of the area, the proposed gradation for the
foundation of the facility, as well as berms and
culverts that will constructed in the area. The
final photorealistic rendering accurately depicts
the buildings visual impact on the area.
