The representative apartment building developed by beyond DEVELOPMENTS is embedded in an extensive park. Large water areas with irregularly arranged flower beds determine the appearance of the extensive front garden. The structure consists of two dark clinker brick full floors and a staggered floor, which contains a penthouse with an almost surrounding terrace. A portal-like staircase with a free-standing passenger lift provides access to the five apartments in the building.
