Dystopian cinematic scene of a city center with the main office buildings. I have tried to create a feeling of constant anxiety and depression adding a eerie surreal atmosphere. 3Ds max for blocking in the main buildings and post production in photoshop.
Beneath the eternal gray skies, the city of Orbis thrived in its artificial glow. Rain fell relentlessly, not from natural clouds but from the atmospheric regulators installed decades ago. They were meant to "refresh" the air, but now, the rain was a daily occurrence—cold, sterile, and oppressive.
The yellow-slickered child stood in stark contrast to the sleek, glass-dominated architecture of the modern office district. The building ahead, the Nexus Tower, was a paragon of design—its clean, angular lines and luminous interiors symbolized progress. But in Orbis, progress had become synonymous with control.
The Nexus Tower wasn't just an office. It was the nerve center of OrionTech, the megacorporation that governed every aspect of life in Orbis. Through its walls, algorithms dictated citizens' diets, occupations, and even thoughts. The towering structure loomed not as a beacon of hope but as a reminder of the suffocating system that enveloped the world.
Amid the sea of umbrellas and hurried figures, a man in a dark trench coat lingered near a bright yellow sports car, his presence seemingly out of place. He clutched a small device, his hand trembling slightly. The child, drenched yet calm, seemed to be waiting—watching him with a knowing gaze. Pigeons fluttered at their feet, the only living creatures unbound by OrionTech's algorithms.
The ground was etched with faded letters, barely visible beneath the rain: "COME TO..." The rest was eroded, lost to time, a remnant of a forgotten rebellion. It was a message from a bygone era when people still believed in freedom. Now, it served as a silent mockery of the city's residents, who had long since given up.
The man took a deep breath and stepped forward, past the pigeons and the child, toward the Nexus Tower's radiant entrance. His device, a forbidden piece of pre-OrionTech tech, was a relic of a freer time. It carried the power to disrupt the tower's systems, if only for a moment. He didn’t know if it would succeed, but in a city where every choice was made for him, this act of rebellion felt monumental.
The child, still unmoving, whispered into the rain, "Do it for all of us."
As he crossed the threshold into the Nexus Tower, the rain seemed to falter for just a moment, as if the city itself held its breath.
Thanks for loving it, brother! It;s fine you can't "heart" it, not everybody can:) It comes with time...
I love this scene, man. Very cool!
I can't "heart" it for some reason.
